We offer FREE Shipping on all accessories and all orders above $600 within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship our orders within 24 hours after the order is placed!
Additional shipping fees will apply to shippments going outside of United State or to:
- Alaska
- Florida Keys
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- US Virgin Islands
- ...and other territories accessible only by boat or by air (Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, etc.)
Please note if you are shipping your items to one of the aforementioned locations, the additional shipping fees might be assessed after the order is reviewed by our Fulfillment Department. This process usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
All our shipments are curbside, delivered to your curb, driveway or near your building. Some shipments may require your signature.
It usually takes from 3 to 7 business days for the items to get delivered to you after the order is processed. The delivery timeframe might vary depending on your shipping address.
How to Receive and Inspect Item(s)
Please inspect all your boxes carefully when they arrive. If you find that packaging/box is damaged, or you are missing items, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of the delivery.Once we receive your damage report, our customer service team will review it and reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours with information about your replacement order.
